Pursuant to article 10 of the Act to
establish an early childhood development fund, the Avenir
d'enfants board of directors must be made up of an equal number of
women and men and be composed of 10 members, chosen as follows:
- four members proposed by the Quebec Government;
- four members proposed by the Lucie and André Chagnon
Foundation;
- two members proposed jointly by the Quebec Government, and the
Lucie and André Chagnon Foundation.
